- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are not standard, as clients each have their own agenda and I work to accommodate that agenda. My fees depend upon the distance I travel to their site, the length of service, and whether or not I provide extra learning materials (for the workshop format).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to the event, I talk with the client to determine what their needs are so I can tailor the presentation for them. We discuss ideas and narrow them down to what the client wants. The presentation can range from a stand up lecture, where I present information on the LIFT principles and Styles for Success, to more of a workshop format with teambuilding activities, where I demonstrate the practical application of the information. I determine what their concerns are and make suggestions on how I could adapt the presentation for their group.
