I offer guided meditation sessions, focusing on Vipassana meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin.
My individual Vipassana meditation sessions include breath work, thought labeling, body scans, river of thought exercises, and metta.

For beginners, each class is divided into two parts:
- Training in observational focus, concentrating on breath
- Training in sensitivity and equanimity, through body scans
This year, I've worked with over 30 students in multiple individual guided meditation sessions.
On a personal note, I've completed several 10-day silent Vipassana courses and meditate daily for two hours to further improve my practice.
