Alex at Nova Locksmith was able to come same day to install 2 smart locks. He was super responsive, fun to chat with while he worked, priced fairly and was able to get both locks installed quickly despite some extra work making sure the strike plates and such fit flush with my doors and door frames. Alex was great! I got locked out of my bedroom New Year’s Eve night. I found him online in the morning and he responded quickly, explained the problem with the lock, and replaced it in no time. He was also very kind and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I took the opportunity to get a quote for my front door, which I’d been meaning to do, and he easily provided two options on the spot and explained both thoroughly.     My father owned a locksmith shop for 30 years I have started my career in underwater construction but very fast went back to my roots as a locksmith , because I realized how dangerous underwater construction was.
