Yesterday, I had a sudden issue with my smart front door keypad. Due to the urgency and security concerns, I needed a replacement installed right away. I called Nova Locksmith and was connected with Alex. Although he was completely booked for the day, he was incredibly kind and offered to come in the late evening to help me out. Alex arrived with a big smile. He was very friendly and professional. He completed the installation quickly and flawlessly, even helping me set up the new keypad on my phone. He checked everything twice to ensure it was working perfectly and told me to call him if I needed anything adjusted after I started using it. It's been a long time since I've dealt with someone so reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I absolutely love working with Alex. He was just on top of everything. I sent him a picture of the lock that needed replaced. He quoted me a price we agreed on a date and time he showed up as we agreed. The lock was a little bit more difficult to get off than I’ve anticipated. He didn’t charge me more. He worked with it and got the job done. Kudos to Alex to finding a Locksmith that I will use every time.

    My father owned a locksmith shop for 30 years I have started my career in underwater construction but very fast went back to my roots as a locksmith , because I realized how dangerous underwater construction was.
