Alex was great. He was warm and friendly and very clear in his communication. He replaced the lock quickly and charged much less than the last locksmith who replaced my front door lock. Alex was available quickly and made it clear when he would arrive and how he would let me know if there were any delays. Will call him next time I need a locksmith

Hands down one of my top 3 best experiences on thumb tack. Alex is very hard working, and polite and explains things in a lot of detail. He replaced our locks for both units and was efficient and friendly. He made sure my wife and I got everything we needed and he took lots of time explaining everything to us. We knew we were in good hands. He’s going to be the only locksmith i will ever use in the Bay Area moving forward!!!!!

If I were allowed, I would also check Punctuality and Work Quality. This is the second time I have used Nova Locks, and both experiences were first-rate. Both times I had locks replaced and was given sound advice and onstallation at a reasonable cost. Very good value - I did not feel like I was being scammed, upsold, or bamboozled. Alex is forthright and honest about how he provides the services of a licensed locksmith. I definitely recommend this company.

Alex did a great job with a deadbolt installation. Great communication, a reasonable quote (unlike other locksmiths I reached out to who started much higher and only dropped their price when told I'd gone with someone else!), and high quality work. My father owned a locksmith shop for 30 years I have started my career in underwater construction but very fast went back to my roots as a locksmith , because I realized how dangerous underwater construction was.
