Sincerely kind and sincerely professional day saver! Alex with Nova Locksmith was incredibly responsive. After I requested support on Thumbtack in the morning, he was there within 15 minutes. He also conscientiously kept folks updated about etas. He was able to unlock an auto locking door, replace the insides of a lock that we didn’t have any keys to replace to and make many key copies very efficiently and at a good value.

Alex was great. He was warm and friendly and very clear in his communication. He replaced the lock quickly and charged much less than the last locksmith who replaced my front door lock. Alex was available quickly and made it clear when he would arrive and how he would let me know if there were any delays. Will call him next time I need a locksmith
