I highly recommend Alex. Not only did he change my lock at my new home, he gave me a free lesson on the electronic keypad that I had no idea of how to operate. I was so impressed that I am calling him back to change the lock again (I lost the key, smh!)

Alex was great! I got locked out of my bedroom New Year’s Eve night. I found him online in the morning and he responded quickly, explained the problem with the lock, and replaced it in no time. He was also very kind and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I took the opportunity to get a quote for my front door, which I’d been meaning to do, and he easily provided two options on the spot and explained both thoroughly. Alex did an amazing job installing a new keypad lock. He was responsive and helped me think through options. He also made sure when he was installing it that I would know how to use the paired app successfully and how to properly maintain it. I would absolutely recommend him--especially for locksmith services where you need someone trustworthy, licensed and who will treat you with respect.

    My father owned a locksmith shop for 30 years I have started my career in underwater construction but very fast went back to my roots as a locksmith , because I realized how dangerous underwater construction was.
