📍In 2011 I ate lunch alone in the bathroom stall so no one would see I didn't have friends.
📍In 2013, I would binge eat before soccer practice & spend the entire practice on the verge of vomiting.
📍In 2015, I was so self conscious about cellulite on my legs that I made sure no one was ever standing behind me.
I've felt small, stuck, and like a victim of my circumstance. I know how it feels. Through my journey of building self-love, self-trust, discipline, healthy habits, confidence, and a thriving mindset, I've COMPLETELY changed my life.
Now, I’ve taken the key tools & strategies I’ve learned, added my personal philosophies✨ & expertise👩🏼🔬, and created a blueprint for women who are ready to find their way back to happiness.
