Our pricing is based on the volume your items occupy on our truck, making it fair and transparent. We understand that some client's needs can be unique, and we are always ready to accommodate special situations. Rest assured, we will provide upfront pricing before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. First, we collect all the necessary information and schedule an appointment with you. Then, we meet at the appointed time, confirm the agreed-upon price, load the junk onto the truck, receive payment, and quickly dispose of the junk. It's a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While formal education is not always a strict requirement for junk removal years of work, training and relevant experience has contributed to making our team skilled and competent. We also provide ongoing training to keep employees updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
