Leak/water issues during the heaving rains this past winter needed to be addressed rain dampened the carpet in the home office. Conor approached the project with a phase mindset. Find the leak, assess the damage, and determine the scope of work. We appreciate this process as we have experienced successful projects following this format. Conor and his team found the leak, removed the trim, opened a portion of the stucco wall to uncover the damaged wood, and found a pesky vine root as the issue. All the exposed areas of wood were replaced, stucco was rebarred and replaced, and repainted. The project was completed in 3 working days.

Wow! 10/10 would work with O'Hanlon Construction again! Conor and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and the quality of their craftsmanship was matched by their speed and dedication. It is clear that Conor and his team care about their work—my interior design project is ad hoc and Conor was quick to offer excellent solutions, alternative options, and a variety of skilled expertise that made completing that space stress free. His team completed the construction of a speakeasy that is being built inside of an event space. The work included sheet rocking, tiling, plumbing, and painting. Within a week of my initial contact with O'Hanlon Construction, the project was complete! Absolute legends, great value. O'Hanlon Construction will be my go-to team for all future construction or renovation projects!
