FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two pricing options: 1. Flat project fee, which is based on the project scope. I prefer to use a fixed price for larger project. The price is discussed in advance so that there are no surprises for clients. 2. Per hour fee - $125 with a minimum of 4 hours. It is suitable for small projects or projects without a defined scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. CONSULT: My consultation will start with a tour of your space while we discuss the project scope, style, timeline, budget and pricing. The client shares their preferences, and any specific requirements and I offer my initial vision. During this meeting we establish a rapport and determine if we are a good fit for working together. As a rule, the meeting lasts no more than two hours. 2. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: I create an initial design concept (mood boards, 3D renderings) based on the client's preferences and project goals, in which I show my primary ideas, colors, textures, furniture and other interior elements. I collaborate with architects or contractors if necessary. 3. PROJECT COMPLETION: I provide the final design project, floor plan and shopping list with all links: finishing materials, furniture, plumbing, lighting, accessories. 4. PROLECT MANAGEMENT: I control the implementation of the design plan, coordinating actions with contractors, suppliers and other involved specialists. If necessary, I visit the site to make sure that the project is completed in accordance with the design project. I supervise the installation of furniture and other interior items, if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Interior Design and 20 years of experience in Residential Interior Design. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Design and a small online store selling indoor plants, which I often use in my projects.
