- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate. 2 hour minimum charge per project, including in person consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to set up an initial meeting to get to know the client, what the goals of the project are, scope of work, budget, etc. Establishing a collaborative and communicative relationship from the beginning is vital to the success of the project. From there we would move on to beginning the design process, the steps of which depend on the project type. I address the functional needs of the space first, once those are we move on to the "fun stuff."
