Tairone is very kind, punctual, helpful, and sincere. This is an eco friendly, pet friendly business. I had to reschedule for a future time due to my partner's illness and he was totally understanding and did not get pushy. More people should be like him, the world would be way better. I value doing business with people like him, he has a small, busy, quality business so he treats you like a real person!! He was up a little after 6am texting me about my job! Then he called to follow up about my needs!! I cancelled the other company I'd already scheduled because he sounded so kind and professional and actually spoke to me. He knows his business and made good suggestions about the cleaning and care of the carpet (anti-fungal, anti-bacteria). Give this business a chance, help the small, high-quality company to succeed!!!
