- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We´re proud of providing service of excellence, we invest in training and high quality products and materials, so, at the same way, we cannot offer the lowest rates, but are not the most expensive either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In this time of Covid-19, we are very careful to reduce potential exposure both for our business and your family. So we have started Virtual Walk-Throughs. So rather than fill out a form and wait for a return call, you can ask all your questions and get your estimate right away, in real time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 6 years of experience cleaning homes. I earned a degree in Psychology in Brazil and have Coach certification witch helps me better understand people and have a great relationship with my team and offer great customer service.
