0 stars. Very, very, very upsetting experience. We have a vacant place needs to be cleaned for rental. We called this company to clean the bathrooms. The cleaner came over and wiped the counter top and floor that has layer of dirt on them, then WASH THE DIRTY CLOTH IN THE TUB!! now the tub is completed clogged. We didn't realize that until 1 week later we have tenant come to sign the lease. The drain was working perfectly before because we always use hair catcher and never wash dirty cloth in it. We tried the drano, the water shows tons for dust bunnies in it, no hair. When the cleaner was there, I heard they flush my toilet like once per couple minutes, I was wondering why was that, now totally make sense, they were flushing all the trash into the toilet drain and tub drain!!!!! We called the company to explain the issue, 1. They asked for a photo and we sent, no response 2. We called back, and they refuse to admit it was their responsibility and give all sort of the excuses, e.g. it has been 7 days, although the place was vacant the entire time, or, they are rules that they don't allow cleaner to wash cloth in the tub. 3. They are not even willing to offer help to checkout or cover any of the plumbing cost The most crazy and dishonest part is: they claimed that the tub was already clogged before they started to clean!!!!! This is such a crazy, upsetting, disappointing experience!!!!

Good communication, terrible quality of service. Advice for others: Trust the 1 star reviews and look for another company. NoSpot left a great impression on me at first. They were very professional in regards with communication. It was easy to contract them and making schedule, but that’s all the good I got. if you are looking for someone to do a great cleaning, I would suggest to look elsewhere. I just moved into my apartment and there is no funiture and the place was relatively clean. I just wanted a professional simple cleaning before moving in, but the result I got was terrible. I had to rush out after the cleaning appointment so I didn’t have a chance to check until I return but I was shocked to see the poor quality of cleaning. In fact I felt like in some area they didn’t even touch it at all. If you see the photos below, the shower glass and the side of the tubs were all untouched. I thought perhaps they were hard to clean, but I was able to wipe it away with a paper towel. There are many areas like this. I would not recommend this service to anyone

First, the positives: they arrived on time and did an acceptable job cleaning the floors (but didn't move furniture). Outside from those two items, I was disappointed with NoSpot cleaning and will not be using them again. They did a terrible job cleaning the bathrooms and dusting horizontal surfaces. They were inconsistent and missed areas (see photo of a shower handle). I had to re-clean my bathrooms after they left. Perhaps the worst is that they broke a picture frame an didn't tell us. These sorts of things happen; however, to not tell us they broke something is totally unacceptable. Between the cost and incredibly poor cleaning, I would stay far away from this company.

Our company policy states that all employees should notify the office or the client of any damages that may have happened during the service, as we will be more than happy to reimburse you for any damages caused. Unfortunately, we do not move furniture during our services as our insurance does not allow our team members to move any heavy items when completing a cleaning service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service provided to you, we would love to hear from you directly, as we will be more than happy to re-send one of our cleaning teams, in order to re-clean the areas that were not cleaned properly, at no additional cost to you. We really try our best to make sure all of our clients are completely satisfied when using our cleaning services.
