We've had Help House Cleaning our house for several years now and have found them to get the job done very well, and take care of our belongings. They've been very responsive when we've needed to make changes or have extra things done for a party or holidays. Communication from them is also good when they are running late or asking when other houses before us have canceled if they could arrive earlier then normal. The Pro’s are very helpful and so very understanding with the "extra" messes left by kids...they leave our house in excellent shape and are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them and have nothing but positive feedback for them and what they've done for us! :)

They did a great job. The bathrooms looked 100% better than when we first bought the house. They also did a wonderful job on the hard floors. I want Monica and Leo to clean my house on a regular basis ⭐️

We hired Help House Cleaning for a deep cleaning of our apartment. They were very responsive, clear, and helpful in providing what we wanted. Maria and Eneuza came right on time and had everything they needed. They were very thorough in cleaning the apartment and got all the spots I mentioned I wanted to focus on and more. One thing I appreciated the most was how detail-oriented they were, making sure to clean the tabletop surfaces below items on it and making sure the baseboards and shelves were dust-free which many cleaners don't do. We are very, very happy with the results and will definitely hire them again next time and would recommend to others as well!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible with prices, I try to be fair. The house apparently has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it has a small square ft, so it is worth negotiating the initial value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer's need must be respected. The first contact I try to understand this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal organize course and this helps me a lot in organizing the house (when I am allowed and I have the possibility). It's not my demand mainly but I believe it gives a special touch to the work.
