I appreciated how the company worked with my budget and preferences of floor on a short timeline. It was extensive work and once I saw half of the house complete we decided to do more floor work with the company. The employees also moved our boxes and furniture to complete the job. There is only one repair needed about 10 months later on the stair nose attachment loosening for one step. Yet, it is minor. The only frustrating part was the stair noses are dangerously slippery, while the rest of the step had friction. Though, I did not investigate if that was the supplier product that we picked or not. In addition, we really wanted to nail down the plywood securely to the floor in some areas so it did not creek (and requested this). However, it still is there which makes it hard not to wake a sleeping infant when escaping the room (parents should understand this!). Yet, all in all would highly recommend and happy with the work!

We’ve used H&T Flooring on two occasions to lay & finish red oak hardwood in our kitchen and then later in our master bedroom. We have 50+ year old red oak in the rest of our home and H&T Flooring did a great job matching the wood tones in the rest of the house. H&T’s quote was on par with other quotes we received but their knowledge and responsiveness set them apart from the competition.

Michael was great to work with! His crew was punctual, thorough, and fast! They removed carpeting and baseboards, installed new hardwood flooring and reinstalled the baseboards, in two rooms in one day. His crew did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Michael and his team installed SPC floor in my apartment. It has been a few months now, not only I am pleased with the result, I got lots of compliment on the new flooring. They are super easy to work with (I think I am the difficult one) The communication is clear and timely, and their work style is very efficient. Some heavy dust to clean up after the work, but they already made it clear upfront.
