- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic Fee: For standard appliances, our diagnostic fee is $85. For built-in or stackable units, the diagnostic fee is $125. Important Note: The diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of any repairs you choose to move forward with. Discount for Multiple Appliances: We offer a special discount for appointments involving 2 or more appliances. We also offer 10% discounts on labor to first-time customers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's a typical process for working with a new customer that ensures a smooth and positive experience: Initial Contact: The customer reaches out to inquire about services, either through phone, email, or website. Scheduling the Appointment: Once the customer agrees to the details, schedule a convenient time for the diagnostic visit. Diagnostic Visit: A technician arrives at the scheduled time and performs a thorough diagnostic of the appliance. Providing an Estimate: After the diagnostic, the technician explains the findings and provides a clear, transparent estimate for the repair cost (if applicable). Decision Time: The customer decides whether to proceed with the repair or not. If they choose to proceed, you credit the diagnostic fee toward the repair cost. Repair and Service: Once the customer agrees, the repair is scheduled and completed. Final Invoice and Payment: Once the repair is complete, provide the customer with an invoice that reflects the diagnostic fee credit and any additional costs. Follow-Up: After the service, follow up with the customer to ensure they’re satisfied with the repair. We offer any relevant warranty or service information for future peace of mind.

This experience has honed our skills in diagnosing issues quickly and accurately.
