I recently bought an old Victorian, with its original, rope and pulley windows from the early 1900s. I wanted to get them serviced and had a lot of trouble finding someone who would do the job for a reasonable price. Dmitry responded to my Thumbtack listing and he’s been great! Very knowledgeable about the old hardware and mechanics, easy to schedule and offers reasonable pricing. I’ve already recommended him to my downstairs neighbors and would absolutely recommend him to anyone else with an old house that needs repairs!

Dmitry responded to my enquiry quickly and was able to get the job done the next day. He was able to get our old aluminium frame window aligned and closing again. It was challenging due to the age and style of the window and latch but Dmitry manage to get it done in the end. He was also very polite and professional.
