- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Let’s talk about your project. If I’m not well-suited for the job, I will tell you or recommend someone I know. Otherwise, let’s schedule the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, I will schedule a meeting to review everything you want to be completed. I will keep you updated as to the progress of the job and will only accept payment when you are pleased. I follow the CA Home Improvement Contractor laws for your protection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in assembling and installing.
