We had Dany as our Pro and he was fabulous! Very friendly, easy to talk with because of his knowledge, which is helpful when you are trying to describe a project. Scheduling was a cinch and he was prompt. He completed exactly what we asked but also evaluated the connecting vent pipes per our request but also because of his observations as he worked on the surrounding areas as he did the repairs (our problem was a deteriorated elbow to the pipe). This helped us understand what may need to be done as we did have some overall concerns - as a result, we're going to have him continue work on our building because he was so great! Dany did the job in the amount of time he estimated, based on pictures and descriptions I sent. He does what you would want in hiring a pro - he explains he job, did it efficiently and cleaned up afterwards, very professional. It was obvious he knew what he was doing - so no worries about his experience/skills. We will definitely be using him for future projects.
