my prices on labor are reasonable I don't charge a flat rate in general like carpentry is $60 paint $50 hour plumbing 65 electrical $75 tile $55 drywall $60 LABOR ONLY materials are separate usually I charge buy projects but even then I calculate the time accordingly to each trade. I hope that makes sense I calculate materials accurate. and explain everithyng well detailed

I have been working in construction for almost two decades i went to the city college of sf to study trades. carpentry. Rough framing, plumbing ,and finish carpentry. as well as door and window installation, cabinet installation and I went CSLB to get my B-general contractor License.
