- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE estimates! Our staging prices are very competitive in SF/Bay Area market. We offer special discounts for real estate agents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Quote - Duration 1 day. After getting basic info about the property and project requirement we will quickly create a competitive proposal for your review. We are here to make it happen! Design - Duration 1 day. Once we've signed the staging agreement and scheduled the date, our team will prepare all the furniture, design accessories, etc to make the property stand out in today's competitive market. Install - Duration 1 - 3 days. Depending on home size and location, the installation might take from 1 to 3 days. Once install is complete your transformed home will be ready for professional photos. Destage - Within 3 days after notification. Within 3 days after notification, we will remove all the items we've installed. Once again, it may take several days to remove all the items depending on property size and location.

Over 20 years of experience in Luxury and High-End furniture sales and interior designs. Staged over 100 properties and know how to cover any defects and increase the value of property tremendously.
