James and his team are the best in the business. We had a semi-urgent yet small work request to patch + replace some concrete, and alter exterior stairs due to insurance requirements, and we were able to get the work completed without fuss through working with James. At every step of the way he was incredibly responsive, transparent, and punctual, and the finished product was better than expected.

The pricing was competitive, and I requested a three-day advance notification, which he followed up and checked in to confirm the details. My Neighbour referred me to Cullen Construction a few months ago I contacted them as the sewer from my house kept backing up. James came out and put a camera down my sewer line which showed lots of tree roots. They came out and replaced my sewer from the street to the house and I also re done the concrete in my driveway. Easy to talk to, reasonable price and finished outcome looked great!

Good price, but terrible customer service and very difficult communication. After completing my backyard patio, James tested it and found that water was still pooling. I asked him to fix it, but he refused and even threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay. How could I pay for such poor quality work? Long story short, he eventually sent his team to fix it, but the experience was frustrating. I do not recommend this company.
