One of my outlets wasn't working so I reached out to Mr. Yu. He knew immediately what the problem was and presented various options to resolve it. I also asked him about my vanity light fixture. He taught me what needed to be done and said I could do it myself which I did while he was working on the outlet. He was very honest. Told me what should be done vs what could be done not pushing me either way. Hope I don't have any other electrical problems but I'll definitely call him again

Yu came by and replaced a few ancient outlets and switches we had. Communication on thumbtack was quick and responsive. Through pictures we were able to get a quote, and the work done was super quick - even though Yu had to go to home Depot to get some extra supplies. Highly recommend their quality service

Overall, I had a good experience working with Yu Electric. They helped me install a new chandelier, shower light fixture, and figure out the issue with another outlet. All the work was high quality and I appreciated working with them! My only complaint was it was *very* hard for me to communicate with the electrician they sent due to a language barrier, so I had to spend a while going back and forth, and one time had to call into the main office to clarify a question about the service. I would have a slightly better experience if I could easily converse with the person doing the service. Overall, I would still recommend working with them. Thanks!

Raymond replied to my first inquiry within minutes, the communication was smooth. Professional advice and extra options were provided trying to fix light fixture problem which bothers us for a long time, Mr. Yu was punctuated and even came early! We ended up replacing with an extra new LED light in another room! I'd highly recommend Mr. Yu and Raymond because of their responsiveness, effectiveness, and professional service!
