I had a leaking basement ceiling on Sunday morning and contacted Marco on thumbtack. He responded immediately and set up an appointment for the next hour. He provided an ETA when he was in the way and showed up on time. Checked the issue, opened the ceiling and provided an estimated cost. He bought the necessary parts and fixed the issue in 1-2hours and finally cleaned the area. Very professional, punctual and friendly personality.
