- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three pricing plans to choose from for each client: 1. "Side Opinion". Fully online. Price: $100. For pet parents who are still deciding on the type of service they need and want an additional opinion on the issue. How does it work? a) You fill out a detailed questionnaire about your dog and send 1-2 videos showing the problematic behavior. b) I provide feedback and personalized recommendations to help reduce the problem behavior. Additional option: You can add an in-person session to this plan. 1 hour - $50. 2) "Individual Program". 2 in-person sessions + remote communication. Price: $200. For pet parents who want to address their pup's problem behavior using humane, science-based methods. You have a good understanding of your dog and are ready to gain practical knowledge in a short time to work independently in the future. How does it work? a) You fill out a detailed questionnaire about your dog, I review it, and ask clarifying questions if necessary. b) I provide initial feedback and prepare for our in-person session. c) We meet for a joint walk. I observe the problem behavior and suggest "quick" solutions to help prevent or reduce it. d) Within the next 1-2 days, I create a personalized program and send it to you. e) We meet for the second session to implement the recommendations into your walks. 3) "In-depth Analysis with Behavior Pattern Change". 4 in-person sessions + remote communication + 1 week of online support. Price: $500. This plan is for those who trust professionals and want to understand the root causes of problem behavior from the inside. Ideal for first-time dog owners or those who recently adopted their pup from a shelter and now need proper guidance. You can be confident that together we will lay a solid foundation, avoid mistakes, ensure well-being, and strengthen your bond with your dog. What’s included? a) You fill out a detailed questionnaire about your dog, I review it, and ask clarifying questions if necessary. b) I provide initial feedback and prepare for our in-person session. c) We meet for a joint walk. I observe the problem behavior and suggest "quick" solutions to help prevent or reduce it. d) Within the next 1-2 days, I create a personalized program and send it to you. e) We meet for the second session to implement the recommendations into your walks. f) I make adjustments to the program based on your pup’s reactions. g) 2 joint walks of varying difficulty, with behavior analysis in different locations. h) 1 week of online support.

I have completed: "Dog emotion and cognition" - online course authorized by Duke University "Animal behavior and welfare" - online course authorized by The University of Edinburgh Currently: Practicing student at IAABC (International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants). Volunteer at SFSPCA – helping shelter dogs with basic obedience and working on their socialization.
