We had a truly excellent experience with Inter-Communications. Osasu responded promptly and was incredibly knowledgable and efficient when it came to troubleshooting our Ricoh copier. I was very impressed with his professionalism and integrity, and he went above and beyond, even reaching out to one of his colleagues for additional technical support with a tricky configuration issue. I highly recommend their service, and would not hesitate to reach out to Inter-Communications again for future equipment maintenance.

He was quick to respond and was finished quickly. He knew how the inside of the printer works was able to resolve my issue quickly. He showed up within a very reasonable time. He was very understanding and I was glad to get his business card. I am sure to use him again in the future.

I was very satisfied with Inter-Communications. Response time was almost immediate which made my day. Very professional, taking time to explain throughly what was the issue and how it was resolved. The technician showed up on time, notifying me beforehand as we agreed. I was relieved that he was able to repair the older Canon laser multifunction unit, it had been making grinding noises which led me to believe that there was something broken. Just some misalignment, and the belt that moves paper had gotten slick. He abraded the belt to increase friction, we agreed that it might need to be replaced in the future. For good measure, he implemented the wireless connection to the home network. Roughly an hour call, at a reasonable rate.
