I hired USTA to paint a few rooms and a hallway. From the bid process onwards, Bibi and Kim were punctual and professional. They provided a competitive bid and realistic timelines, kept communication lines open throughout the process, and did a beautiful job with the painting. They are eagle-eyed and detail-oriented, always checking in to make sure they were achieving my design vision and that they were meeting my expectations. They went above and beyond, even addressing some caulking in the bathroom to help make the room look more finished, patching a door that needed some TLC, and painting a little cupboard interior that made a huge difference visually. Bibi and Kim are good people who really care about giving a great finished product and it shows in their work.

The quality of their work really stood out—everything was done with great attention to detail and looked clean and professionally finished. They also worked quickly and efficiently, which helped get the property ready without delays. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They were responsive, easy to work with, and offered great recommendations on colors that truly improved the overall look of the space. It’s not easy to find contractors who combine quality, speed, and reliability at a fair price, but they delivered on all fronts.
