Thelma is a very professional and excellent cleaner! She did a thorough job cleaning my apartment to get it ready for an Open House. My cat had made some really dirty messes and Thelma was totally up for the job. She also didn't make me feel embarrassed about the mess. She was the most affordable quote that I found on Thumbtack. Thelma is awesome. Very friendly, professional, and very flexible. She cleaned out my condo in preparation for listing. She and her partner did an awesome job. My condo was cleaned and looked great. There was some misunderstanding but we both handled it with humor. She went back to correct them, because she said her work is guaranteed and she wasn’t kidding. I’d love to work with them again if there’s an opportunity.

Thelma was a lifesaver! I had a grand opening on Saturday and reached out Friday night. She texted right away and we coordinated what time in the morning we would meet. She was very responsive. We base our prices on number of bathrooms and kitchens mostly. Bedrooms are not as hard and don't take as much time as a bathroom or a kitchen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like working by the job because we take our time and we won't leave your home or business until everything is done and customers are left happy and satisfied with our service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started this business as a side job. After time as we were getting experience and started to grow we decided to do it full time, we got a license and hire some more people. We are Shekinah Cleaning Solutions, LLC now, a family owned and operated business.
