Lightning Cleaning was recommended by a friend. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment with Thumbtack, and Deyanira confirmed right away for the next day to deep-clean a 3-story house! The team of four arrived on time, though it's always easier for cleaning crews in the morning. The ladies didn't speak English, but Deyanira translated all my requests and concerns. The crew worked room by room, floor by floor 7 hours. They even removed marks on the walls with magic erasers! Our window sills had some stains and needed a wet wipe, but the crew only did a dry microfiber (apparently, that wasn't included). I texted Deyanira about it, and she immediately communicated with her crew. I'm annoyingly thorough and used to work for a cleaning company myself years ago, and I can confirm the crew did a good job, especially given the size and the dust levels in the house.

11 years ago I started working with other large companies and over the years I gained experience cleaning offices (commercial cleaning) and then I became interested in learning how to clean houses.
