I hired Gerard for a few jobs: installation of an oversized/custom made window shade; grout and caulk repair in bathrooms; and hanging artwork. It’s a pleasure working with him. No matter the task Gerard is efficient and does a great job. I have hired him a few more times (installing dimmers on light fixtures; priming and painting) and am happy to have him as my go-to guy for all kinds of work!

We had sidewalk repair to do, mandated by our insurer, and we needed it done quickly. Gerard was responsive and communicative. He came out and did the problem-solving, offering a more thorough repair For a really good price. His work was great and his follow up was terrific. we plan to stay in touch with him for all of the miscellaneous repairs that happen overtime. Thank you Gerard!
