- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my process is all about collaboration and personalization. We start with a conversation to discuss your event, vision, and any specific ideas you have. I’ll ask for details like the event theme, desired materials, and any inspiration images you may have. Based on our discussion, I tailor my services to meet your unique needs. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, resulting in a truly bespoke and memorable addition to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m passionate about continuously honing my craft, and I’ve taken numerous courses both in-person and online with some of the most respected calligraphers in the industry, including Chief Calligraphers of the White House and Master Penmen. I am an avid learner, always seeking to refine my skills and stay current with industry trends. In addition to my training, I am an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the Society for Calligraphers, Friends of Calligraphy, and IAMPETH (International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers, and Teachers of Handwriting). These affiliations help me stay connected with the broader calligraphy community and continuously improve my work.
