- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your event type, the estimated number of guests, and the hours of services needed. A date cannot be confirmed until the non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance and waiver are submitted. The remaining balance will need to be paid no later than one week prior to the event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HOW TO BOOK: Submit an Inquiry Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Schedule a Phone Consultation Book a 30-minute consultation and go over all of the details On your inquiry form, list 2-3 dates and time ranges for consultation. Classie Cocktails will reach out to confirm the date and time. We will do our best to accommodate one of your desired times. Secure Your Date An invoice will be sent for approval, after which, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your date. The remaining balance is to be paid one week before the event.
