- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most requested package is the 2 hour package "Ceremony+Cocktail". This includes: All travel and set-up and tear down. 20-30 minutes of prelude music as guests are arriving into the venue Customized ceremony music (bridal parties, bridal processional, ceremony rites, and "I-do" and kiss moment, and recessional) Music as guests are moving into the cocktail hour/reception 1 hour of cocktail hour music This package covers up to two hours from when music begins- If you wanted to extend the booking on the day of, you also have the option of doing so! Every additional hour is billed at $270. For wedding ceremonies, usually 2 hours is perfect for both ceremony and cocktail hour, and 30 minutes can be added on for longer ceremonies, or if a little more time is needed on wedding day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you were interested in moving forward, the next step would be for me to send over an artistic agreement to review, sign, and send back along with a 20% non refundable deposit. The balance payment will be due one month prior to the event (any extension fees would be due on the day of the event). All payments can be made via Zelle, cheque, or cash. I book on a first-come-first-serve basis. A booking is considered confirmed when a deposit payment has been made and a service agreement has been signed. I unfortunately cannot hold dates without a service agreement and a deposit. I have a Bachelor and a Master degree in Music Performance and over 15 years of experience in playing for private events.
