- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee for household appliances is $69. It will be waived if you hire us to repair. We offer 10% disctount for the service call fee and repairs (labour only not parts) to seniors and veterans. Service call fee for commercial is $100-120 depending on the equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in touch with a customer. Arrange an appointment. Our technician comes and properly checks the unit, finds the problem and tells the customer what is the problem and the cost for the repairs. Then if the customer desides to go on with the repair and approves the quote we order parts if any required and come again to complete the repair.
