Oleg and Sam were great! They scheduled me in the day after I posted my job request. They immediately identified the problem and started to work on it right away. Oleg and his coworker figured out the problem quickly and made a return trip to fix it. Much appreciated. I tried to pay them for their time after the first trip but Oleg postponed payment until after they were completely done. They kept in touch with me all along about their arrival time, too. I'm glad to have their business card and to know how to find them.
