My freezer had stopped holding the right temperature, melting my ice cream and causing my ice maker to leak water. I got as far as I felt comfortable taking it apart myself, but thought I was in over my head when the evaporator fan seemed to be functional. Oleg and co arrived on time and took a quick look at the freezer. After a few minutes they informed me that it was, in fact, the evaporator fan motor that was broken, an issue they’d seen often with my model of freezer. With their diagnosis, I was confident that I would be able to order a replacement motor and complete the repair myself. I was worried that they would try to pressure me into going through them, but they were understanding and helpful, even offering tips about what to be mindful of. Their advice was well worth the cost, and the freezer is now up and running again, although I have yet to restock it with ice cream!

Oleg and team were excellent. They were prompt and ordered the part to fix our stackable washer/dryer. We were unsure if it was worth repairing an older machine, but indeed it was. Excellent experience. highly recommend.

Fast, responsive and friendly! Repaired a washer unit in a rental for me. My husband had called another Diamond Repair service for another repair in the meantime and they were nowhere near as courteous and responsive as these guys.
