Peter showed up right when he said he was going to and gave me very thorough explanations as to what was going on and why things would cost what they do. He also voluntarily fixed an outlet with bad wiring for me free of charge! Super great experience, will definitely use them again in the future.

I needed a door latch assembly replaced on my washer and I got 4 quotes for it. Of the 4 these guys were the most expensive at $447 by a margin and more than twice as expensive as the lowest bid. The technician was punctual, nice and professional when he came out to do the diagnostic and I am sure he would have done a good job, but definitely at a premium price.
