- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through an interview process that needs a few things from you over Text. I would need the Model tag, an image of your appliance and where it sits. If I need more information or photos, I will call you It's a great idea to keep these pictures on your computer for future service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Laundry Specialist for Sears Home Services all the back to 2017. I have expanded my skill set to Dishwashers, ovens and stoves. Granted, these machines are not so cut and dry. With my Engineering degree from Cogswell College, it made the job easier to analysis and repair.
