Aleksei came to my house to fix my washer & found out it was only a loose bolt holding the basket tube. He didn’t charge me for the fix. He did maintenance on my dryer & cleaned it all up also. The next day our washer wouldn’t drain & he came by to check it out & fixed the problem with no extra charge. He is very professional & knowledgeable about appliances. I recommend Aleksei for any of your home appliance repair or maintenance needs.

Had a good experience. He responded quickly and came out same day on a Saturday to look at a faulty washing machine. The repair would’ve cost us more than a replacement machine so he recommended we get a new washer. Appreciated his candor and would be happy to use him in the future.
