Aleksei was very responsive and professional about our appointment. In fact, he helped me the same day that I put out a request that my freezer stopped working. He showed up no less than 2 hours later and went above and beyond to help defrost and service my expensive thermador. He probably saved me $1000 in frozen meat and food with his punctuality. I also learned that he’s well versed in other appliances and I plan on using only him on future issues (may they arise). Do yourself a favor and book him - you won’t regret it. The service fee is worth it.
