Aleksei came to my house to fix my washer & found out it was only a loose bolt holding the basket tube. He didn’t charge me for the fix. He did maintenance on my dryer & cleaned it all up also. The next day our washer wouldn’t drain & he came by to check it out & fixed the problem with no extra charge. He is very professional & knowledgeable about appliances. I recommend Aleksei for any of your home appliance repair or maintenance needs.
