- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge for traveling fees. My setup time does not count towards your paid time. I arrive early to set up & be ready.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to guide new customers through our pricing breakdown. Make sure they don't get left with any questions. I am always happy to share previous work with new customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began taking photos at my family's events. After sharing the photos, I’d notice the priceless reactions. Big smiles and sometimes even tears. Tears of joy and admiration. It made me realize how magical pictures are. It freezes time, It makes a moment last forever, and that, is a wonderful gift to be able to gift someone. So i knew, from that moment forward, i wanted to be able to gift people those precious moments.
