My experience with Jemerson was pleasant. I needed him to hang some sheer curtains in my patio, adding them to the sheers that were already up and also move the panels. I’m a very fussy person, I asked him to change the panels another way, I didn’t like the way it looked, asked him to change it back. He never. complained, just did it with a smile. I would definitely call him again.

I charge per job. The quote over the phone may be different when on site because things are different up close. My charge will be the same until the job is done.

I mainly just wanted to know what the problem is or what the goal is. Then I would give a quote based on what the total job would take

I’ve been working as an apartment maintenance technician II with experience in 40 year old properties and some experience on a 9 year old property
