I had my kitchen cabinet door on the floor fall off I was unable to fix the issue myself, so I referred to Jemerson. Jemerson came today quickly went to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to Reinstalling my kitchen cabinet door and he also gave me some pointers on how to fix the issue next time. I highly recommend Jemerson for handy work.

The attention to detail was a amazing! Mr. Diaz took his time to install a kitchen door that was prehung, so he had to remove the old door and cut out all the molding and trim, and not only did he do an amazing job but paid attention to detail, and when completed he cleaned up and left work area better than how it was. Mr. Diaz was also great at communicating, and even went to purchase additional items for the job and did not charge any extra for his time. I wound highly recommend him, as he is detail oriented and knowledgeable in I’d say all aspects of home repairs. I plan to hire Mr. Diaz for badly needed repairs.

I charge per job. The quote over the phone may be different when on site because things are different up close. My charge will be the same until the job is done.

I mainly just wanted to know what the problem is or what the goal is. Then I would give a quote based on what the total job would take

I’ve been working as an apartment maintenance technician II with experience in 40 year old properties and some experience on a 9 year old property
