Introduction
Hey I’m Darlene and I offer in person and Zoom yoga sessions ranging from gentle everyday stretching to learning inversions.
A little about me: I've been an avid gymnast my whole life. I had practiced yoga asana here and there but it wasn't until 2018 that I took a deep dive into the practice, utilizing it as an outlet, and a means to process some major life events. The way that moving through creative flows, practicing breathwork and feeling my own practice evolve unearthed a passion for yoga that I know will be lifelong.
Through getting my 500 hr Yoga Teacher Certification I was able to dive into the history, philosophy, and anatomy of yoga and became even more infatuated with all that yoga is to me, and what in turn I can offer to you.

Darlene was amazing. As inflexible non-yogis, she catered our private session exactly to us - challenging, but didn’t kill us. She had everything set up well before we arrived, had a great sense of humor, and really kick started our day on a high note. Would rate higher if I could. Darlene is AMAZING. She is on time and professional from start to finish. She made the yoga class so fun and accessible! She broke down some really complex poses. I had a great session with her and will definitely book her again.
