My yoga journey began in college, where I discovered yoga classes for their mental benefits, positive energy, and mindful movements. Now with over 5 years of teaching experience, I bring passion and intention to every class, whether for individuals or groups. I have certifications in both my 200 RYT and yoga sculpt, and I tailor my instruction to meet each client's needs. With my Masters in Counseling, I integrate the power of the mind-body connection into my teaching, offering a unique blend of fun and intentional movements.
