Introduction

Hi there! I provide personalized yoga sessions and travel to the comfort of my client’s homes. I have been teaching for four years and am a E-RYT 500hr yoga instructor. Through sessions with me you will gain an increase in flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. When I teach yoga I teach from a lens of decolonization and honor/embrace yoga’s roots. I incorporate breath work, meditation, and yoga movement, and yoga philosophy in my sessions. I am a firm believer that yoga is more than just a workout - if you are wanting to learn all that yoga has to offer I would love to guide you! I teach corporate and in-home private yoga, as well as special events like bachelorette and wedding parties! I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of students from; pregnant women, cancer patients, seniors, and people who have never done yoga. I also have mats that I provide if requested in advance. I take great pride in connecting with my students! I love what I do because I value creating meaningful relationship with others! My soul is fueled by others’ success and self-discovery!

Amelia was an absolute dream to work with. She made the booking process very easy. Our staff really loved her and were very impressed with how she was able to accommodate all skill levels. I was asked to bring her back again and I intend to do that. 10/10 recommend Amelia and A&E Wellness.

We hired A&E for a staff wellness class and everyone loved the class! We had a lot of beginners and she made sure that all of our staff were comfortable and she also offered modifications. Our staff felt relaxed & calm throughout the class. Will definitely be booking her again!

Amelia is an amazing person and yoga instructor! She radiates warmth and professionalism, and teaches a variety of yoga styles with yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama interwoven with asanas. I am so glad that we were able to book with Amelia! She came out to do two classes for us during our retreat. All of the ladies loved the sessions. Not only was Amelia warm and thoughtful with her prep work coming into the retreat, but she also provide such a wonderful practice. The best way to start our mornings off. I have worked with a diverse range of students. Students whom have never done yoga to those experienced. I have taught people from the ages of 3-82 years old.
