Hi there! This is Sonia. I'm a Life and Health Coach and Yoga Instructor who is passionate about inspiring greater physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing so you can find more peace and happiness in your life.
In my ONLINE COACHING sessions I am primarily focused on helping you with:

I use a combination of coaching and mind-body practices.
In my YOGA LESSONS (online or in-person) I focus on helping you:
• Build strength
• Increase flexibility
• Cultivate relaxation
• Gain greater awareness of yourself and others
I adapt my classes to all levels and offer both individual and group classes.

- Active but mindful vinyasa yoga practice
- Slow movement and meditation via visualization and breathing and other tecniques
✨BREATHING FOR STRESS RELIEF
- Private 1:1 online program (4 weeks to learn breathing techniques for relaxation along with the basics of breathing science)
- Also offer group workshops for corporate or wellness events

MY STORY👋🏼
I spent the first 10 years of my career working for a well-known fast-paced tech startup holding positions of high pressure and stress. After burning out in 2017 I started a mind-body journey that helped me not only overcome burnout but also feel the best I've ever felt. About a year ago I decided to make a drastic change in my career and dedicate my time to sharing the tools I've learned over the last few years to help other people get healthier and happier.
Certifications:
- Became certified as a Yoga instructor in 2020.
- Became certified as an IIN Health Coach in March 2024. I am trained in a holistic approach to physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
- I have taken certifications on meditation and mindfulness as well as breathwork, breathing for stress relief and relaxation (nervous system regulation).
- Aside from my certifications, I've been a health and wellness nerd for the majority of my adult life, and I am continuously educating myslef on new techniques and practices to enhance the experience of my clients and help them get better and faster results. I have taken courses on Ayurveda, sound healing, biohacking, etc
