Requested a window repair specialist a Saturday5/24. 1. Gio was contacted - he called me within 10 minutes of my posting. 2. Provided a quote over the phone. 3. Scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday 5/27. 4. Set up a time for repair 5. He notified me of delays. 6. Arrived and fixed the window. Took him about 45 minutes from arrival to finish. Very satisfied with his work. Would recommend him and use him again.
