Tony had come out to take a look at some windows that were installed improperly to see if you could fix them, and he was not able to. He gave a good recommendation going forward, in a greatly appreciated his honesty and bluntness. He also helped realign a front door that was not correctly installed.

Our house was built in the mid-60s and we're pretty sure most/all of the windows were original. Many of them were falling apart and/or had visible daylight around them. We contacted DB Windows and Tony came out the next day to measure 17 windows and a sliding door for us. His flat fee per window and openness to us sourcing the replacements ourselves made it much easier to budget and ended up saving us literally tens of thousands of dollars. Tony was very flexible with our schedules and he and his crew finished the whole job in just a couple of days, working around me working from home the whole time. Highly recommend DB.
