- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $160. We are professionally trained; we have all the tools, skills, and experience needed for your service requests. Along with a full-time staff to answer questions, troubleshoot and schedule in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer first contacts us we will ask questions to determine the best solution based on the needs, environment, desired features, and budget. Then we schedule an appointment in a three-hour window. The technician will call/text when he is on his way so that the customer knows when to expect them. The technician will arrive and describe the work that is to be completed. They will walk with the customer and explain clearly where the equipment will go and how long it will take him. The technician will return to the truck to prepare the materials and get started. When the service is completed the technician will do customer education to ensure the customer knows how to use the system properly. This phase is key for Amerisat. A clean install is useless if the customer cannot use it properly. Following customer education, the technician will ask if there is anything else that the customer needs. If everything is complete then the customer will sign the work order and an invoice will be emailed to the customer. If the customer would like a paper invoiced then they can request one from the technician.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are all certified Dish, Directv, and HughesNet technicians. Each technician passes a background check to become a technician along with in-house customer education. We also hold certifications in the following areas: C-7 Low Voltage License (994218) Nest Pro HughesNet Dish Directv RTI Crestron Lutron
