- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not on the low end of the market since we take pride in our quality of workmanship and we don’t want to rush the project and the details steps required for each garment to be made so if the clients is not working to pay additional charges for pattern making and creating a muslin sample of each order by our design staff we can not guarantee a great outcome for the design which we don’t want to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet the Client at our shop or sone time at their own homes or office in order to see what is the required services for all type of alterations ( There is an additional charge for Home Pick Up & Delivery) For Alterations services we require one to two weeks for each client’s order depending on the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Men’s and Women’s Tailoring and Retail Sale in High End Boutiques, and Department Stores such as Nordstrom, Sacks Fifth Avenue and Brooks Brothers for over 25 years as Top producer , Manager , Buyer and Also owner of my own Bespoke and Custom Tailoring business in San Diego since 2018 .
