- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simply based off of number of panels and number of stories of the house. Additionally, there are some roof types that we cannot walk on - in these instances we offer ladder-clean services, if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we describe the cleaning process, provide a quote for the service, and answer any questions. Once scheduled, we send a confirmation of the service date and time. We also send out an automated reminder 24 hours prior to our arrival. Once the job is done, we send out a post-service report with before and after photos as well as before and after inverter readings to record improvement. We then develop a cleaning plan with the customer and provide reminder emails when the next cleaning service should be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and all our employees are educated on the proper uses of the cleaning equipment. We also have extensive training on ladder safety which is very important in our line of work.
