Nicolette is truly sensational. I have never felt more supported and steady in lessons before. Everyone learns differently, and sometimes the way you learn gets skewed as a vocal student because it's hard to visually teach a vocal technique happening internally. Nicolette can adapt to any situation and find a way to perfectly explain the skill to you so that you can connect with it and improve. I have seen myself grow so much over the past few months. I started taking lessons with Nicolette in August of 2019. I went through the Belting Bootcamp and saw spectacular results! This program goes beyond just singing and focuses on your confidence as a vocalist. I am now continuing on with Nicolette in the 90-day vocal program and building my audition book. It's a magical experience. I am so glad I found Maas Music Voice Studio - this experience has been so wonderful for me! Do yourself a favor and take lessons with Nicolette. It's the best possible choice you could make.

Nikki is a wonderful voice teacher. She really works with her students to bring out their best qualities and is very encouraging. Nikki provides students with a warm and supportive environment for improving their vocal skills. My 8 year old daughter has been taking voice and piano lessons with Nicolette for a few months now. My daughter progresses steadily and gains confidence from the constant encouragement. Nicolette is assertive as well as upbeat, providing a positive and nurturing environment. Her distinct technique keeps my daughter focused while enjoying every class. I highly recommend her!

Nikki, has been a great piano teacher. She asked what i wanted to accomplish with piano lessons. And she has a very flexible schedule. She is very professional, and I've really enjoyed my lessons thus far.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Maas Music Voice Studio we value long-term coaching relationships for the best vocal results! Students receive 3, 6, or 12 months of weekly 45-minute lessons, in which you can pay in full at the start of lessons or pay monthly installments (ranges between $325-$375/month). The longer you take lessons, you receive a bigger discount per lesson. If you pay in full, you also receive a discount!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free 20-minute Zoom meet n' greets to go over your goals, tell you more about my studio/services, and just make sure we are a good fit! There are no strings attached to the consultation, and I will usually offer an 60-minute exploratory lesson if you are interested in trying a lesson out before signing up for any of our programs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- B.A in Vocal Performance from Aurora University (classical-based) - Certificate in Contemporary Commercial Pedagogy (musical theater and pop vocal coaching) - Meisner In Music Teacher Certification (acting for musical theatre singers) - Trauma-Informed Vocal Practitioner Certificate *My full resume and certification/continuing education list is on the "about me" section of my website!
