- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All the depends on if you are looking for a one-time IT project or ongoing managed IT services, but for most we start with: 1. A brief phone call to evaluate the IT requirements and Services requested. 2. Meet the customer at their place of business to provide a free consultation including a network assessment at no cost to evaluate their current IT infrastructure. 3. Setup a 2nd meeting to present the customer with a detailed quote and roadmap for services and products discussed during the first meeting.
