- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing as fair and competitive as possible. Let us know if you'd like us to provide you with a better and best option so that you can fit your roof into your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with the initial estimate appointment, where one of our team members shows up and gets their boots on the roof or flies a drone to figure out what needs to be done. We like to have a good conversation with the customer about what they are looking for and where they are at in the roofing process. Education on proper repair or different options for replacement is also something that we like to emphasize as not everyone will offer the same options. When you're educated, you're empowered to do what's best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our C39 - Roofing Contractor - 1063465, Expiring 02/22 roofing license, which has been verified by Thumbtack. Our roofers have many years of experience installing and repairing roofs.
